Dwarf Sunflower (Multi-Head) Seeds

This dwarf sunflower stays short, usually around 40–60 cm, and branches to carry several bright golden flowers at once instead of one big head. It is ideal for beginners, balconies, window ledges and festive pots, and a single plant fills a 25–30 cm pot nicely.

1. Sow 2–3 cm deep straight into the pot or a sunny bed.
2. Keep the soil just moist; seedlings appear in about a week.
3. Keep the strongest seedling per spot, 25–30 cm apart.
4. Snip off faded flowers to encourage more side blooms.

Tip: on balconies, give the brightest spot you have — with less than 6 hours of sun, stems stretch and flop. Water deeply but let excess drain away, as pots sitting in water rot the roots.
